An Agent can be associated with multiple Agencies. If you hide an Agent from one Agency, the Agent will still be available under any other Agencies they are associated with.

Hide an Agent from an Agency

1. Navigate to LRM > Organisations > Agencies
2. Search and open the Agency you wish to hide the Agent from
3. Navigate to Agent Detail > Contacts
4. For the relevant Agent, set the Is Active Toggle to No
   • This Agent is now inactive for this Agency.
   • NOTES:
     • The Inactive Agent will still be linked to a Course Enrolment for history purposes
     • The Inactive Agent cannot be added to new relationships
