How to Add a Site Visit to a Training Agreement

Site Visits are used for Work-Based Reporting in New Zealand. They may also be adapted for internal use by organisations in any country.

Add a new Site Visit

This creates a Site Visit and automatically registers the Learner in the Site Visit.

  1. Navigate to LRM > Learners > Selected Training Agreement > Detail
  2. Click Action > Add Site Visit
  3. Set the Link to existing Site Visit toggle to NO
  4. Click Add
  5. Enter the Site Visit Name
  6. Enter the Event Date
    • All Site Visits are one day only.
  7. Select a Status
  8. Enter a Start Time
  9. Enter an End Time
  10. Enter a Break Duration (mins)
  11. (Optional) Adjust the Maximum Enrolments
    • Default maximum is 1
  12. (Optional) Enter an Address
    • To save a new address, click Add Address, enter the address details, and click Save
  13. Click Save

Enrol Learner into an existing Site Visit

  1. Navigate to LRM > Learners > Selected Training Agreement > Detail
  2. Click Action > Add Site Visit
  3. Set the Link to existing Site Visit toggle to YES
  4. Select a Site Visit
  5. Click Add
  6. Enter the Attendance Duration (can be 0)
  7. Select a Status (see note)
  8. (Optional) Add Notes
  9. Click Save.

If a learner is added to a full site visit, they will be automatically assigned a status of Waitlisted. Any status that you save will be automatically updated to Waitlisted when you save the Site Visit.
