We’re excited to announce a new improvement to how you manage and issue credentials in Wisenet.
To enhance clarity, reporting and compliance, a Credential Type is now required when requesting any new credential. This ensures better visibility over the types of credentials being issued and supports more structured data management.
Available Credential Types:
- Other
- Certificate
- Transcript
- Statement
- Letter
- Card
What’s Changing?
- Selecting a Credential Type is now mandatory for all new credential requests.
- You can optionally update the Credential Type for previously issued credentials.
- This update lays the foundation for improved filtering, reporting and future automation.
This change applies across all features where credentials are managed and aligns with our ongoing efforts to streamline learner data and improve audit readiness.
