      CQR Exports

      There are three (3) CQR Export types:

      1. Course Qualifications Register
      2. Western Australia Course Qualifications Register
      3. South Australia Course Qualification Register

      Read more details below to understand the mapping and logic for what data is returned for each type before performing a CQR Export.

      Perform a Course Qualifications Register XML export:

      1. Navigate to LRM > Reports
      2. On the Left Navigation Bar, Click on Exports
      3. Under the CQR Exports section, Click on CQR Export
      How to Fix Common CQR Errors

      WA CQR Export

      WA CQR Export

      Perform a Western Australia Course Qualifications Register (WA CQR) XML export:

      1. Navigate to LRM > Reports
      2. On the Left Navigation Bar, Click on Exports
      3. Under the CQR Exports section, Click on WA CQR Export
      4. Fill all relevant details in the Export parameters
      5. Click Export to XML

      Note:

      • Credential records will only be exported when linked to a course enrolment that has at least one unit enrolment with a CUOR Location State = WA
      • Records are ordered by Credential Date to allow easy removal of unwanted records if reporting for a specific period

      ^ The ‘Issue Type’ uses the following logic:

      • When Credential Name contains ‘Cert’ then return ‘Q’
      • When Credential Name contains ‘Statement’ or ‘SOA’ then return ‘S’

      Perform a South Australia XML export:

      1. Navigate to LRM > Reports
      2. On the Left Navigation Bar, Click on Exports
      3. Under the CQR Exports section, Click on SA XML Export
      4. Fill all required fields in the Export parameters
      5. Click Export to XML

      Note: Student Qual’s are only exported in this file if:

      • They belong to a course offer that is ForAvetmiss
      • They have the Qual Issued Flag ticked against the associated course enrolment


      Note: Student SOA’s are only exported in this file if:

      • They have at least one unit offer enrolment that is ForAvetmiss AND;
      • That unit enrolment has an outcome of ’20’, ’60’, ’51’, ’52’, ’53’, ’54’
