There are three (3) CQR Export types:
- Course Qualifications Register
- Western Australia Course Qualifications Register
- South Australia Course Qualification Register
Read more details below to understand the mapping and logic for what data is returned for each type before performing a CQR Export.
CQR Export
Perform a Course Qualifications Register XML export:
- Navigate to LRM > Reports
- On the Left Navigation Bar, Click on Exports
- Under the CQR Exports section, Click on CQR Export
How to Fix Common CQR Errors
| Error | How to fix |
|---|---|
| Can not view any students | This means that no Statement of Attainments or Qualifications have been issued out of Wisenet for the specified year. The CQR export will only work if credentials are issued out of Wisenet. |
| Can not view a specific student | This means that no Statement of Attainments or Qualifications have been issued out of Wisenet for this student The CQR export will only work if credentials are issued out of Wisenet. |
| A student does not appear in the Qual CQR File | SA In order for a student to appear in the Qual CQR Export, the Qual Issued Flag must be ticked for the associated course enrolment. WA |
| A student does not appear in the SOA CQR File | SA In order for a student to appear in the SOA CQR Export, they must have at least one unit offer enrolment that is ForAvetmiss with an outcome of '20', '60', '51', '52', '53', '54' WA |
| All other errors | These will generally be data entry errors – read the error message and update the data accordingly. Refer to the WA and SA Tabs for more info. |
WA CQR Export
Perform a Western Australia Course Qualifications Register (WA CQR) XML export:
- Navigate to LRM > Reports
- On the Left Navigation Bar, Click on Exports
- Under the CQR Exports section, Click on WA CQR Export
- Fill all relevant details in the Export parameters
- Click Export to XML

Note:
- Credential records will only be exported when linked to a course enrolment that has at least one unit enrolment with a CUOR Location State = WA
- Records are ordered by Credential Date to allow easy removal of unwanted records if reporting for a specific period
^ The ‘Issue Type’ uses the following logic:
- When Credential Name contains ‘Cert’ then return ‘Q’
- When Credential Name contains ‘Statement’ or ‘SOA’ then return ‘S’
SA XML Export
Perform a South Australia XML export:
- Navigate to LRM > Reports
- On the Left Navigation Bar, Click on Exports
- Under the CQR Exports section, Click on SA XML Export
- Fill all required fields in the Export parameters
- Click Export to XML
