- Option 1: Add the three letter alpha calendar code, eg. JanFirstAid, FebRSA, NovRCG etc
- Option 2: Add the two letter numerical calendar code, eg. 0102HLTAID003, 2306SITHFAB002, 1107SITHGAM001 etc
- Option 3: Enter the exact date: eg. 07022016First Aid
Where a Unit is offered weekly
- Option 1: Add the calendar week number, eg. Week 1RSA, Week 2RSA, Week25RSA etc
- Option 2: Indicate the calendar month and week, eg. RSA-Feb-wk01, RSA-Feb-wk02 etc
- Option 3: Enter the exact date: eg. RSA-07022016
Where a Unit has no set rotation
Enter the exact date: eg. RCG-07022013
