State-Specific Fields for Training Plans

When creating your own custom Training Plan template there are some State-specific Fields that are required.  See further details for each State below.

National Fields
Section 1

Is the apprentice/trainee hosted?

  • Host Employer is Yes, or
  • Host Employer is No
    Section 4

    Number of units required to achieve the qualification:

    • Core – Unit Enrolment Core Count – Count of unit enrolments where the unit is set to Core
    • Elective – Unit Enrolment Elective Count = Count of unit enrolments where the unit is set to Elective
    • Total – Unit Enrolment Count = Count of unit enrolments where the unit is set to either Core or Elective

      Assessment Methods – CUOR Assessment Method Desc = Values setup under Organisation > Setup > Categories > Assessment Method

      Field is then collected at Unit level under Client Unit Offer detail as Assessment Method.

        State-Specific
        TCID

        COR Registration Number = collected in the clients course offer under Compliance section as Registration ID


        Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Origin

        Client ATSI Desc = collected in the clients profile under Demographics( AVETMISS) – Indigenous Status

        • Contract Type – COR field ‘Contract type’
        • Employment Type – Client Labour Force Status Desc = collected in the clients profile under Demographics( AVETMISS)>Employment Status>Labour Force Status
        • Qualification Level – Course Qualification Category Desc = collected at the course level in Qualification Category
        • Mode of Delivery – Course Offer Delivery Mode Desc = collected at course offer level under AVETMISS details section in Delivery Mode (AV6)

        • Host Employer – IsHostEmployer

        The only way to specify a Host Employer (Host Workplace) is via the Learner Position Start Dates. The logic below outlines how workplaces are catagorised:

        • If the Learner has a Position that is linked to a Workplace with “IsSchool” flag checked then this is regarded as a School
        • If the Learner has only one Workplace Position attached, that is not a school, then this is regarded as the Workplace
        • If the Learner has more than one Workplace Position attached, that is not a school, then the:
          • Learner Position with the MIN Start Date is regarded as the Workplace
          • Learner Position with the MAX Start Date is regarded as the Host Employer


        Unit Table

        • Assessment Methods – CUOR Assessment Method Desc = Values setup under Organisation>Setup>Categories>Assessment Method. Field is then collected at Unit level under Client Unit Offer detail as Assessment Method
        • Date Deemed Competent – CUOR Date Competent = Based on when the outcome of unit is RPL, RCC, CT or COMP then field will display CUOR End Date.

          • Disability, impairment or long term condition – Client Disability Flag = collected in the clients profile in Demographics AVETMISS tab– Disability Flag

            • Contract Type – COR Target Group Desc Currently set to Client Employment Cat Desc = This field is first set up under Organisation>Setup>Categories>Target Group ClientOfferReg. Add new option and in the description enter three of the following to choose from:
              1. Apprentice
              2. Existing Worker Trainee
              3. New Entrant Trainee
            • Directly under is COR Study Mode Desc. Why?
            • School Year – Client Highest Year Level = collected in clients profile in Demographics AVETMISS tab under FEE HELP DATA as Highest Education Level
            • Qualification Level – Course Qualification Category Desc = collected at the course level in Qualification Category

              Training Plan Part I
                • Delta No (if known) – COR Registration Number = collected in the clients course offer under Compliance section as Registration ID
                Training Plan Part II
                  • Assessment Methods – CUOR Assessment Method Desc = Values setup under Organisation>Setup>Categories>Assessment Method. Field is then collected at Unit level under Client Unit Offer detail as Assessment Method.
