Get an overview of the Qualification Enrolment statuses and the Qualification Audit outcomes.

Qualification Enrolment statuses

1. Not Yet Achieved
   • When a Learner first enrols into the Qualification, they will receive this status.
   • As the Learner progresses, Audit the Learner to see when they can be awarded the Qualification.
2. Ready to be Requested
   • Once the Learner’s Audit Outcome changes to Assigned Major Achieved or All Majors Achieved, the Qualification Enrolment Status changes to be Ready to be Requested.
   • Now you can Request the Credential.
3. Generating Credential
   • Once you have requested the Credential, the Qualification Enrolment status changes to Generating Credential.
   • The status will automatically change to Awaiting Issue after a few seconds.
4. Awaiting Issue
   • The Qualification Credential is waiting to be issued.
   • Before issuing, you may want to Preview or Regenerate the Credential.
   • Now you can Issue the Credential.
5. Credential Issued
   • The Credential has been issued to the Learner.
   • You can now print or email the Credential.
6. Credential Failed to Generate
   • You can regenerate the Credential.
7. Withdrawn
   • When you cancel a Credential, the Qualification Enrolment status changes to Withdrawn.
   • There are no further actions when in this status.

Qualification Audit outcomes

Audit a Learner to get an updated Qualification Audit Outcome. The Audit Outcome options are:

1. No Majors Achieved 
   • Learner has not completed requirements for any Major under the Qualification they are enrolled in.
   • Learner cannot receive the Qualification
2. Assigned Major Achieved
   • Learner has completed the requirements for Major they are enrolled in.
   • Learner can receive the Qualification
3. Other Majors Achieved
   • Learner has not completed the requirements for the Major they are enrolled in, but they have completed requirements for one or more other Majors under the Qualification they are enrolled in.
   • Learner could switch their Major to one they have met the requirements for, and receive the Qualification
4. All Majors Achieved
   • Learner has completed requirements for all Majors under the Qualification they are enrolled in. This includes the Major they are signed up to, and any other Majors under the Qualification
   • Learner can receive the Qualification
   • Learner could switch to any other Major and receive the Qualification
