From the Refunds page in Wisenet, you can click on an individual credit note to see the corresponding refund details.
Follow the steps below to see how to view Refund Details.

Search for a Refund
- Navigate to LRM > Finance
- On the left navigation bar, click on Refunds
- A list of all refunds appears on the Refunds page

View Refund Details
Once you have found the relevant payment you want to view, click on the Refund Number.
The Refund Details page will now open for you to view the refund details such as:
- Refund Status
- Debtor
- Credit Note Number
- Refunded Date
- Refund Summary including:
- Subtotal
- Transaction Fees (If processed via a payment gateway i.e. Stripe)
- Total Amount Paid (Currency)
- Logbook Activities
NOTE: You can navigate back to the Refunds Search page (if required) by using the left navigation bar.

View Debtor (Optional)
Click on the Debtor to navigate to the Debtor Details page
- The Debtor can be either a Learner or a Workplace.
- If Learner, then the Learner Details page will open.
- If Workplace, then the Workplace Details page will open.
NOTE: The page will open in the same Tab of your browser. Simply click on the “Back” arrow of your browser to go back to the Refunds Search page.

Resend refund confirmation (Optional)
Click on the Action button and click Resend refund confirmation.
The debtor will receive the payment confirmation via email.

View Logbook Entry Details and Refund Confirmation (Optional)
Click on the relevant Logbook Item and when the logbook entry drawer opens, review the additional details provided on the drawer.
Additionally, click View Refund Confirmation to view the refund confirmation and/or download the confirmation as a PDF.
View Credit Note (Optional)
Click on the Credit Note Number.
The credit note will open in the Invoice App on a new tab.
