Dropdowns for Sales+

Required Access: Owner or Admin or Sales Admin

Navigate to  LRM > Settings

Use the table below to see examples of the Sales+ Dropdowns that you can customise, followed by instructions on how to set up each Dropdown:
For: Opportunity Stage
  1. In the Configuration box, click Dropdown Lists
  2. Click Opportunity Stage
  3. Click Add Opportunity Stage
    • An empty row will be added at the bottom of the list
  4. Enter a Stage Name and a Win Probability
  5. Repeat until you have added all required stages in your Opportunity Stage Custom Dropdown

NOTES:

  • Use the ‘Drag and Drop‘ functionality to display the order of how you want your Opportunity Stages to be listed and displayed on the Opportunity Board.
  • The following two Win Probabilities Lost and Won are used in Filters and dashboards for Closed Won.
For: Tags:
  1. In the Configuration box, click Dropdown Lists
  2. Click the name of the dropdown list you would like to customise
  3. Click Add New Option to add a selectable option
  4. Fill out the Description field and click Update
  5. Repeat until you have added all required options in your Custom Dropdowns
For: Opportunity Source, Opportunity Type, Close Lost Reason, Sales Contact Stage, Pipelines, Industry and Delivery Option:
  1. In the Configuration box, click Dropdown Lists
  2. Click the name of the dropdown list you would like to customise
  3. Click Add New to add a selectable option
  4. Fill out the Name or Description field and click Save
  5. Repeat until you have added all required options in your Custom Dropdowns
