Outline of Sales Management in Wisenet
The Sales functionality in Wisenet will help track business leads for your organisation through recording Opportunities.
An Opportunity can be assigned to an Owner (Wisenet Staff Member) and recorded against either a Learner or Workplace. The system will allow you to search for an existing Learner/Workplace or generate a new record.
Opportunities allow the user to record information about a potential sale. This includes:
- Opportunity Type
- Opportunity Source
- Expected Close Date
Opportunities are recorded in the Parent Navigation under Sales. You can also view Opportunities in the following areas:
- Learners (Client) – Lists all opportunities recorded against the Learner
- Workplace – Lists all opportunities recorded against the Workplace
- Staff – Lists the opportunities that have the staff member as the “Owner”
