To send out a survey to a collector group, you first need to create the survey in the SurveyMonkey application.
Your Collector groups are the different distribution channels (ways) you created on how you will send your Survey. You need to choose your preferred Collector Type based on your survey needs. You can use multiple collectors per survey to help you reach respondents through various channels.

Create a Survey
SurveyMonkey makes it easy to create a survey from scratch or from a template. Just follow the steps provided from the SurveyMonkey Help Centre to get started.

Create Collector(s)
After you finish designing your survey, create a collector to distribute it. Survey responses are then recorded directly in your account.
