How To Configure Notification Settings

The Wisenet Portal has two settings for any emails that are sent from within your Wisenet LRM.   You can update the Notification ‘From‘ name and the Notification ‘Reply-to‘ address in your Wisenet Portal settings.

Before you begin:

Required Knowledge: Portal | Messaging

Required Portal Access: Administrator Only

1 . Under the Actions Column, Click on Show Settings for the relevant Wisenet profile

2 . Click on Edit for each of the following two notification settings:

This is the address where replies should be directed.  So enter the email address you wish recipients to see when they reply to an Email that is sent out of Wisenet, e.g. studentservices@trainingabc.edu.au

Enter the name you wish recipients to see when an Email is sent out of Wisenet.  This is the name (not the address) that emails will come from, e.g. Training Institute ABC.

In most email applications, this is what the recipient sees in their inbox as the sender.

3 . Click Save

Note

Please note that the Sender Address is always notifications@wisenet.co and it CANNOT be customised.
